I know--given the world we live in--that this book took a lot of guts to write. I don't agree with EVERYTHING in it. But everybody disagrees with SOMETHING concerning just about everything.I think that everybody should read this book because if they do they'll learn a lot of art history, beginning with the French Academy and Impressionists down to the Minimalists. If you already know that, you may still learn something really important, namely, that the Emperor of contemporary art wears no clothes.
